Outstanding  course, great shape. Challenging holes , staff incredible.  Can't wait to go back. Phenomenal shape, its a links style with open fairways plenty of bunkers and fast greens.

I photographed a wedding here over the weekend and (coming from someone not that fond of golf course weddings), it was such a pleasant experience. Upon my arrival, I noticed there were several events going on that day, but I never noticed throughout my time there. It’s incredibly evident the staff does an amazing job planning and executing events. The grounds are so lovely with such beautiful flowers and landscaping, the ceremony garden is one of the most beautiful spaces I have encountered in my decade+ of photographing weddings. The food was 5/5 — and not only that, but the care from the staff was so appreciated. I’ve experienced many venues who treat vendors as an after thought during dinner, but a staff member (Anna, I believe) made a point to come tell me she had a space set up with hot food and water for me and the others during dinner. Such a small act of kindness that really stood out to me. I was so impressed with this venue and very much hope to be brought back in the future!

Carts are in good condition. Have played here several times throughout the year and the course conditions are always good.

Having a couple drinks on the porch on a summer day and being able to watch groups take on 18 is always fun. One of the best practice areas in the area.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hawk Hollow (1-18) is a remarkably well designed, routed, and maintained golf course.  It challenges golfers to produce a variety of shots. Each hole is unique, so one never feels like the architect cheated to sneak in any easy hole. The tee boxes present fair opportunities to  score based on one's handicap and skill. For an area of Michigan that has several excellent golf courses, Hawk Hollow may actually be the best.

Great place to golf and people always saying hello and being friendly. Practice green is the well kept and driving ranges as well. I do prefer the one otw out though, more appealing with the wooded area along the right side.

In excellent condition while I was there, with greens that were from but fair. Wide open fairways and massive greens. 3 putts are likely though.

Very nice Champion golf course! Practice putting green right by the club house. Mini golf course was packed for Father's Day celebration all afternoon! Well maintained course and incredibly close to East Lansing Spartan campus. Highly recommend capitol city Golfing location.
